Documents Required for Customs Clearance If you are making transactions at the customs for the first time, there are 5 documents that you must have. These;
- Power of Attorney (given to us by your company)
- Trade Registry Gazette
- Certificate that you are a taxpayer from your tax office
- Certificate of Chamber Registry
- Signature Circular Documents that must be sent to our company in every transaction; (*) signs are not required for export.
- Original Goods Invoice
- Turkish Invoice for Export(1 Ona', 3 Copy)
- Insurance Policy*
- Freight Invoice*
- Bank Transfer Receipt or Resource Utilization Support Fund
- Delivery order*
- Bill of Lading*
- Company Turnover to Bill of Lading*
- If the Buyer Company is the Bank on the Bill of Lading, the Bank's Turnover*
- Front-Back Copy of Bill of Lading, if Received by Me
- Packing list
- Industrialist Commitment*
- Maintenance and Repair Certificate*
- ATR or EUR Certificate in Free Circulation Goods to be Imported
- Original Investment Incentive Certificate
- Imported and Domestic Machinery Equipment List
- If the Inward Processing Certificate and Export is a Transaction Subject to Incentive Certificate;
- Original and Attachment of Export Incentive Certificate
- Union Membership Certificate in export transactions
- If necessary, in order to be enlightened about the goods;
